In search of lease members for next year in Katy

I'm thinking of getting a group lease with Larry Gore next year as he has all the good land on the west side of houston pretty much locked up. Its just easiest for me and I could hunt weekdays with the 30 minute drive to many of these properties. I need to find 6 other guys interested in this type of arrangement, we would hunt together every time - so if you don't like me for whatever reason, this deal is not for you.

Several fuge members have a similar deal and do pretty well consistent with other private leases in the area. If this would interest you, shoot me a PM.

Would this be a tract lease, where you're tied down to 1 spot. Or would the group have the option to hunt several locations?

I shouldn't have to tell ya'll this but any group deal with Larry is a good deal for one person and it ain't the lessor...
