Got the invite for a hunt a while back and Wednesday turned out to be the day to do it. I was really pumped about seeing his place since I've heard many good things his lease. Anyways, I thought I was special until I found out Cajun and Agduckhunter were also going, , oh well, fun conversation if all else fails, j/k. After a long night of drinking and a BIG meal with Coastal Ducks and BSing and just general good times we get up about 4:30 and head out there. And Cajun, you hit the damn snooze button at least 2 times, maybe three. Do some driving, get some breakfast tacos, and finally park the trucks and gear up. (getting really really sleepy, so gonna wrap this up and let dane and brent add more details) First flight was like opening day on teal, just birds everywhere. Ended up with 4 man limit of ducks and 5 geese. Great company, nice to finally see the famous Laddy work. Very nice dog Roger, and thanks for the hunt, it was a blast! Nice place you got there.

Big thanks to Locke. It's nice to tear away and try a new club every now and then. BTW, made it to my house from the lodge in an hour and twenty.

Skank, we shot bwt, gwt, gad, widgeon, 1 scaup, 2 boots, and all the geese were sky carp...

but


One of them was sporting jewelry.... both a ring and a necklace!!!!


Congrats to Locke on that.

Oh and that's Dane, AgZonkedHunter that hit the snooze. I was no where near the darn clock.... messed up my routine!!
