This is a small and (I hate to use the word but nothing else describes it) quaint cafe in the River Oaks area. It is an old Victorian house converted into an elegant dining resturaunt. Half of the seats are outside on the terrace which is loaded with plants and fountains. The price point is around $15.00-$25.00 per plate (which is amazingly reasonable for the quality of food... think Sullivans or Capitol Grille or Ruggles). They have an extensive wine list, and the overall ambiance is "pure panty remover"! If you want to impress the old lady, or get a new one into bed on a reasonable bill (that does not show how cheap it is) this is the best place I have ever found.
