I was in CS today and my buddies girl wanted to try something new, so I brought up Square One which I hadn't been too since 01 or so. Man oh man I had forgotten how good the food was there. I had pasticcio encrusted salmon with sea scallops on a bed of rice and snow pees.

Hmm... good!

And to top it off, I had the bread pudding, just awesome!

Brad is right about this one! If you are ever in College Station, and want to impress someone, or to avoid a wait during Football, Graduation, Move In or Move Out Season, then drive to Bryan and eat at Sqaure One. This is the closest thing to a 5 star food quality Itailian Resturaunt that Bryan/College Station has.
