The part that gets me is that he openly confessed to cuttin' up the body and throwing it into the Bay. Uh, since when was it legal to cut up a human's body then throw them into the bay.

There was something fishy about the prosecution... they only pushed for murder. Murder requires premeditation and intent to kill, and his story never had that. However, they could have pushed for lesser included killing offenses such as manslaughter (which requires that he knew he would be killed) and then there could be negligent homicide...and so on and so forth. CRAP..... My whole family is from Galvatraz and that is one crooked place. TRUST ME!!!!
