sit-on-top kayaks

I'm looking to purchase one for fishing (and maybe hunting depending on where I use it) as well as goofing around in the surf during get-togethers at the beach.

Any recomendations that will work for this multi-use concept. Would like some storage, stable, possible room for a passenger (kid) and not cost me 1/2 a house payment.

Used is always an option.
